Welcome to
Mount La Verna Retirement Village

The Village is set in a pleasant landscaped environment surrounding the Church of St Theresa in the suburb of Gwelup.  There is an internal access road allowing visitor parking and easy access for service providers.

The complex occupies the entire site with a 41 bed Hostel, Resident’s Community Centre and 33 independent living villas with a choice of three bedroom and two bedroom villas.

The front areas of the site allow for views to the city and hills.  There is a mix of young and aged residents in the area and it is a popular spot for early morning walkers.

The Church of St Theresa is central to the site, while Gwelup Shopping Plaza is 200 metres south of the property.  Convenient bus services pass the entrance on North Beach Road each week day.  They connect with the northern suburbs train line as well as the Warwick and Innaloo shopping centres.

The Karrinyup Shopping Centre and Library is only ten minutes away, while Trigg Beach is only 4.5 kms directly west of Gwelup.
